Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the patients’ satisfaction level of nursing care and their revisiting intention among general wards, Ansim units, and Comprehensive nursing care service wards in two general hospitals. Data collection was from December 13th, 2013 to January 11th, 2014 and total of 372 patients’ data have been used. The results are as follows; first, comparing of means, patients of Comprehensive nursing care service wards’ satisfaction level of nursing care and their revisiting intention are high significantly. Second, the results of regression analysis, only patients of Comprehensive nursing care service wards’ satisfaction level of nursing care affects their revisiting intention significantly. In conclusion, institutionalization must be followed by systematic researches of hospital with no guardian.
